Refund Policy

At Hearty Fork, we take pride in preparing fresh, made-to-order meals with care. Because our products are perishable and prepared specifically for your order, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

🕒 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within 24–48 hours of delivery may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and labor have already been committed.

❌ Refunds & Issues

  • If there’s a problem with your order (missing items, incorrect dish, etc.), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include a partial refund, credit, or a replacement item, depending on the issue.

  • Because our meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
